Villa Castelletti Wedding Cost
Rates for the villa differ depending on the day of the week and the number of guests.
For a small celebration with up to 50 guests, expect to spend approx. US$135.00 per person, which includes a cocktail reception held in the park, a dinner with two first courses, one main with sides, and beverages. Extra fees apply for the privatization of the venue or dinner in the garden or by the lake.
The Space
Villa Castelletti offers several rooms for weddings:
The Red Room is ideal for 80 seated guests, boasting a vaulted ceiling and terracotta floor.
The Green Room is suitable for 70 seated guests and is adorned with green marble flooring.
The Theatre Room seats 90 guests under a wooden ceiling with terracotta flooring.
The Captain’s Room can accommodate up to 200 guests, featuring a wooden ceiling and expansive windows that bathe the room in natural light.
No time limit applies to celebrations: music can be played inside for as long as you and your guests wish to celebrate together!
Finding Wedding Vendors
Villa Castelletti has internal catering and offers an all-inclusive package that includes villa rental and catering. External catering is also allowed, however, per-person packages cannot be offered if couples prefer to select their catering service.
In addition, the venue’s team can support couples by providing logistical support, photography, floral arrangements, musical entertainment, options for civil marriage ceremonies, vintage car rentals and/or additional bespoke services.
Accommodations and Amenities
On-site accommodation is available at Villa Castelletti. The neighboring Borgo Castelletti Hotel has a total of 27 rooms with a maximum capacity of 90 beds that can be booked for you and your guests.
It is not mandatory to book the hotel as accommodation by our hotel. The villa, which serves as the wedding venue, and the hotel are part of the same property but are divided so couples can choose one or the other, or both!
An entire property buyout of the hotel is approx. US$6,000 per night. A minimum stay of two nights applies.
